Win-Win Policy

Win-Win Policy is policy that advantageous or satisfactory to all parties involved, a resolution to a negotiation where both parties benefit from the outcome, the result of a mutual-gains approach to negotiation in which parties work together to meet interests and maximize value creation. Win-Win Policy is used by Cambodia's Prime Minister Hun Sen to end the long-running civil war in Cambodia and bring peace and political stability to the Cambodian people with the most valuable opportunity to develop in all areas and across society.
